Reynolds’ Pie

This is the answer to all of your leftover food during the holidays. Its like Shepard’s pie; instead of mashed potatoes, use cauliflower on top.

1. Put Cauliflower in a food process to change the consistency into little shreds.

2. In a pie crust, combine all extra vegetables, meat and a can of cream of mushroom.

4. Put pie in the oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown

Have you ever sat on the couch and had cravings for potato chips? This recipe will be the solution to end your cravings. Kale chips are the healthy equivalent to potato chips that will trick your body into thinking your devouring a bag of LAYS when you are in fact eating healthy.

Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients: KALE, salt, vegetable spray

Step 1: Buy Kale

(they are priced around 1.30 for a bundle)

a stem of Kale looks like this

Step 2: Peel off leaf from the stem into bite size pieces.

Step 3: Rinse the Kale to get the germs off.

Step 4: Dry the Kale with a salad spinner or paper towels

This spinner cost nearly 10 bucks at Wal*mart

Step 5: place Kale on a baking tray. Spray Vegetable oil and lightly salt.

Step 6: Bake for 10 mins at 350F.

Prep Time: 7 mins

Cook Time: 10 mins

Skill Level: SUPER EASY

Ingredients:

2 sets of different apples

1 cup of Apple Juice (no sugar added)

Cinnamon

Directions:

1. Go to a grocery store and pick up at least 6 apples of different kinds

2. Peel and de-core apples to wedges

3. In a microwave-able bowl, combine all ingredients. (Cinnamon usage up to you)

4. Put bowl in microwave for 10 minutes

5. Put apple mixture in a food processor or Blend it with a hand mixer or Mash it with a hand masher.

6. Enjoy your easy healthy Applesauce … YUM!
